Job Scope

We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Product Designer to join the Bamboo Design team — someone with strong product thinking, deep business understanding, and exceptional visual execution.

This role goes beyond execution — should be able to operate at an international level, creating world-class design experiences that go beyond local or regional standards.

You’ll contribute to product strategy through user insight, data, and experimentation, while helping scale our design practice and raise the bar for quality across the product.

What you will be doing:

• Own and drive design for Bamboo Invest, shaping core user journeys and product direction

• Lead end-to-end design for features — from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration

• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into simple, elegant solutions

• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to detail

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and ship high-quality features

• Contribute to product strategy through user insights, data, and experimentation

• Improve and scale the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Raise the overall bar for design quality across the product

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, Lead Designer, or similar role working on digital products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking, problem solving, and polished UI

• Experience designing mobile-first products (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences

• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Claude, ChatGPT)

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards

• Experience working with design systems and component-based design

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints

• Bonus: Experience designing fintech, consumer apps, or data-heavy products
